Gently chewing or sucking a Focus Pick gives your restless energy a physical outlet, while the flavour adds sensory input. With consistent use, the ritual can become a familiar cue for your mind to settle in and refocus on the task.
A regular toothpick is made for hygiene. Focus Picks are made for focused work. Using natural core-cut birchwood and flavour infusions designed to be gently chewed and used over time.
Focus Picks contain no nicotine or sugar. White Coffee contains naturally occurring caffeine from coffee extract. Sweetness comes from stevia, a plant-derived sugar substitute.
Place a Pick in your mouth. Gently chew or suck on the pick while you work. When the flavour starts to fade, lightly bite down to release more. Discard once the pick becomes soft or worn.
The infused flavours can last around 45-60 minutes with light, occasional chewing or sucking. More frequent or heavier chewing releases the flavour faster, typically lasting 20-30 minutes.
