Return / Refund Policy
Due to the consumable nature of our products, the following policy is designed to uphold strict hygiene and quality standards while ensuring a fair experience for our customers.
1. Returns Eligibility
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. Returns are only accepted if:
- The item is unused and unopened.
- The packaging remains in its original condition.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the item and its packaging.
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
3. Return Shipping (Singapore Orders)
For all returns within Singapore, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fees.
To ensure your return reaches us safely, we strongly recommend using a trackable and reliable courier service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Applicable Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you on the outcome of your refund request. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be reflected, depending on your payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Opened or used products.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Personal preference regarding flavours.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
