1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after cut-off hours may be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer standard shipping across Singapore.

Estimated delivery time:

Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or peak periods.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery method. Free shipping may be offered for orders above $50.

4. Order Tracking

All orders are shipped via tracked parcel. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your delivery status in real time.

5. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

6. Delays & Liability

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, TO.PEAK is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Lost or Missing Parcel (Mark as Delivered)

If your order is marked as "delivered" but has not been received, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery status update.

We recommend that you first:

  • Check with household members, neighbours or building management.
  • Verify the delivery address provided at checkout.

Upon notification, we will assist by liaising with the courier service to investigate the issue. Please note that once a parcel is marked as successfully delivered by the courier, it is considered fulfilled.

While we will make reasonable efforts to support the investigation, TO.PEAK is not liable for lost or missing parcels confirmed as delivered by the courier.

Any resolution, including replacement or refund, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
